So much potential waiting to be rediscovered.

Create something you love while saving the planet (a little bit!)

As a society, we are increasingly aware of the desperate problems created by modern throwaway culture. Antique and vintage furniture was typically built far more solidly than your average modern mass-manufactured superstore item and brings with it so much more personality and history. This furniture deserves to be given another chance, and it will gladly reward you with many more years of service and memories for the next generation.

I trained as an upholsterer with the AMUSF in order to realise my passion for creating beautiful and truly unique pieces for the home while minimising waste and transforming the old and neglected into something special. I love that I can use heritage techniques that have barely changed for centuries, alongside modern tools, materials and the ever growing number of stunning fabrics that are now available.

There really is no limit to the creative options available with upholstery. So whether you want a statement bit of ‘wow’ or a more classic look to suit your home, I am always happy to discuss your ideas and will create something you can be proud to show off for many years to come.

As seen above, this chair was in a sad state and needed a full overhaul. It has been treated to frame repairs, wood revival, new foundations, traditional fillings and finished with gorgeously tactile velvet. It is now one of a kind and utterly fabulous!
